You made me think of my exes. I never knew what they saw in me, but my ex-wife had two master’s degrees, the second love was profoundly beautiful in a fragile way, she had been molested as a child. When she walked into the room, from a distance, I wanted to be with her. The third was an inch taller. Thin. Brown locks. She spoke with a slight accent, English. She was mysterious, but needed help with computer science. When I held her head, it was like I was holding my mother’s. My mother’s head is small. She even smelled like her.
