Yes, it is. I had an ex-girlfriend, who eventually got a boob job and it saddened me. She was perfect, I thought. What was really sad is that the doctor cut her nipples off to insert the silicon and then re-attached them. She had lost all feeling in her nipples as a result. She could have gotten fat, whatever.
