We are learning. And not everything you wear has a stranger in mind, but may have a particular person. As I say this, I am seeing more and more of the world as a horse wearing blinders. The emasculation of men. Irrelevance given that the life force is testicular. A kind of ageism, where who I am is beyond my control, but who I am is no longer “sexy.” It’s all understandable, but also self-effacing. Couple this with the belief that women want to be taken care of financially and the whole idea of looks being less important than financial prowess, which was the other way men justified themselves, you begin to see the world closing in on men. Men as animals. Men as biological props. That’s all done. Men, like children, are to be seen and not heard.
