Anyone who thinks they don’t have a healthy connection to themselves, or with anything to do with sex or their body, should feel brave enough to go and seek help because there are fantastic sex counsellors out there and this behaviour isn’t something that’s wrong with you or your morals, this is something you deserve help with.
