On my mother’s side, I descend from the Mayor of Philadelphia during the Constitutional Convention. My father was a Stanford-Yale educated urologist. Meanwhile, I work at a restaurant as a server. There was a time when I was helping people win a contract. But, I realized I was just risk averse. The job gave me time to write two novels, create over 400+ improvised piano pieces, paint color field and photo realism works, be considered a “masters equivalent” in photography, design a capitalism museum, get a certificate in paralegal, buy and pay off my house, which I am remodeling myself, etc. I am often seen as a low life while working. Many women don’t even consider me dating material. I understand what you are talking about. Now for a bike ride to Sausalito from Walnut Creek.
