My professor for Torts told us that he had a student who later went on to Harvard, and she took copious notes that we would use for open-book tests. He mentioned a page number. I never showed him, but I had hundreds more than she did (I think 850 pages). I typed them practically word-for-word. I could look things up instantly. He falsely told me that I could brief cases and write memoranda as a paralegal. It turned out that lawyers wouldn't let you do that because they had to do it themselves to prepare for their cases.
