Those with a Narcissistic Personality Disorder demonstrate "Exaggerated feelings of self-importance, excessive need for admiration, lack of considering others' feelings," (Wikipedia). I am not sure a sex doll would solve these problems for the narcissist. We seek in others an acceptance and if the acceptance is delusional, it would seem to defeat the purpose. Wouldn't a sex doll defeat this purpose?
