I was fine until I started dating.

This pic above is not the norm for older men but it should be. Every one of my girlfriends reports their husbands don’t get hardly any exercise now that they’re retired, preferring to be sedentary in their recliners while devouring snacks. 
All of them report their husbands have gained considerable weight since they left the work world, even though a few of them still play an occasional game of golf, so what’s going on?
Why Won’t Older Men Exercise?

I was fine until I started dating. Now, I am expected to spend all my time off with her and I am getting frustrated to say the least. I used to run 6.2 miles in the hills every other day during COVID, now I am lucky if I get to run once a month.
