I think you missed my point. I said: “Ironically, the more you exercise, the less you have to worry about what you eat.” What that was supposed to mean is that you are concerned with → quality food ←. A box of doughnuts, for example, no longer appeals, or if it does, it really doesn’t when you continue your exercise. The last thing I want to eat is a big piece of cake because I know how it will feel when I run up the hill along my route. This morning, for example, I woke, poached some eggs, ate blueberries, cantelope, an expensive bread with vegan butter and expensive jam. I don’t want the apple pie my friend gave me the other day, but I could. I just don’t want to become the person, who has even more trouble climbing the hill and running for 4–8 miles.
