I think you mean to diminish how you looked by this statement, but it seems to miss the point. Some women may think that clothes matter as a form of presentability, but I assume, he saw you for who you were, as someone kissable. It seems to relate to a debate I am having, which is that men see women as human beings, but they can also be kissable and attractive.
