I completely agree with this asking, but as an introverted male, I have always rather unagressively approached my mates to the point that it counters the "confidence" our society dictates we exude or at least sends as a mixed message. Women and articles about making passes and so forth make guys like me seem like losers. I am willing to adopt a no approach culture, where women make the first move, but I feel I would simply be ignored or laughed at.
