“Sorrowful” song cover Ashot Danielyan — Music, Mario Savioni — Lyrics and Vocals

Ekphrasic work: This is a song, where I was inspired to write lyrics over Ashot Danielyan’s music otherwise titled “Dark Sorrow.” We have collaborated on other songs, which have similarly inspired me. I am a great fan of his. Anyway, as soon as I heard the song, words came to me and I wrote them down, practiced them with the melody, and eventually yesterday morning I woke and recorded the piece in bed. I hope you like it.
