Hello Ms. Dever,

I wrote a long response but lost it. The gist is that I disagreed with you about the solution robots might give to narcissists and sociopaths or oversexed partners, and again because of the "mockery" inherent in the utility of an inanimate object. People need to be seen as healthy and attractive or else they'll want to commit suicide. Narcissists and sociopaths or oversexed people, notwithstanding, because they will not settle for less than a real encounter. But, I do want to add that as with porn, there is a release, and likely one with a robot, but it is not one to be proud of. Only a nut case would brag about how he got down and heavy with his rubber duckey. But, I don't believe even a nut case can be fooled. The whole biological system is rigged for the best specimen to continue the species. Don't you remember that Bond film, where the giant looks at his pig tailed partner and realizes he is the odd man out? It's hard not to be chosen for the prom. And to have to reveal to a new date that your last girlfriend was a silicon blow-up, there is going to be a sag in the air. Oh, and what about those house visits, where people come over to see your doll collection? A snicker of that magnitude can be heard in the neighborhood, and an iPhone camera can spread your reputation to the world.

If you think revenge porn is a thing, try Dolly Prolly.
