17 years is a lot. I have been running for about two. Rode my bike for years, but it seemed to hurt my back and if I fall off I am a bit like a hemophiliac. I used to swim from my high school. Didn’t like twice a day for three hours. I am sorry you don’t seem to have a way to exercise. Your hips are key. What do you do for exercise?
